Nutraceutical
is a composite word from nutrition
and pharmaceutical, for a substance
that
may be considered a food, a part of food and that provides
medical, or health benefits, including the prevention or treatment
of disease. These substances pose problems for official medicines
regulators. Such products have been designated as “ physiologically
functional foods ”.
An average human consumes 500 kg of food every year. Significance
for such large consumption of food, is obviously aim for health
and well-being.

this basic perspective, we can see that nutritional therapy
may be one of the most fundamental strategies; we can adopt
